What is Login Status?
Login status refers to the state information automatically recorded by the system after you successfully log in to your CoinEx account. Once logged in, as long as you do not log out manually and use the same device with the same IP address, the system will retain your login status for 30 days, allowing you to bypass repeated verification.
How to manage login status?
1. Access the Management Page:
Visit CoinEx official website (https://www.coinex.com), log in to your account, and select [Account Overview] from the dropdown menu under the [Avatar] icon in the top-right corner.
2. View and Manage:
On the "Account Overview" page, find “Login Status Management”, you can view details of your login history and manage past logins.
Additionally, when your account is accessed from a new device or IP address, you will receive an email containing the login time, device information, and login location, allowing you to monitor your account in real time.
3. To enhance login security, you can also find Login IP Lock option on the "Security Settings" page. When enabled, the login session on the web will be logged off when switching to a new IP address.
Additionally, you can activate the [Secure login duration] option. Once enabled, the login session on the web will be logged out after one hour of inactivity.
Security Tips
1. Unauthorized Login Alert: If you receive an email notification of an unknown login, please click [Log out] to remove the suspicious device immediately. To maximize the safety of your assets, you can also choose to freeze your account. This will immediately restrict login, trading, and withdrawal functions to prevent unauthorized access and potential asset loss.
2. Seek Assistance: If you encounter any unauthorized login activity or have any other security concerns, please contact CoinEx customer support or submit a ticket for assistance.
