Order Cancellation Rules
AFTER placing an order, the buyer can cancel the order when its status is "Pending Payment" or "Paid", and there is no active appeal.
Where to Cancel Order
To cancel an order, go to the "Order Details" page and click on the [Cancel Order] in the bottom-left corner.
Order Cancellation Limits
- Each user can cancel up to 3 orders per day (UTC+0). If this limit is exceeded, the P2P service will be suspended for the rest of the day, and no further orders can be placed.
- For Merchants, the cancellation limit is 10 per day (UTC+0). If this limit is exceeded, all active ads will automatically become inactive, and no P2P trading will be allowed (Ongoing orders are not affected).
