Dear CoinEx users,
According to the official announcement from the H project team, a security incident affecting the H (Humanity Protocol) token occurred on June 8, 2026 (UTC). Afterwards, the project team released a token swap plan. In keeping with our user-first principle, CoinEx will distribute all the new H tokens received to all eligible users, with the specific measures as follows:
Suspension of OLD H Token Services
1. CoinEx has temporarily delisted the H/USDT spot market at 08:00 on June 22, 2026 (UTC). All open orders were canceled, and AMM liquidity was removed.
2. The deposit and withdrawal services of OLD H token were suspended at 01:00 on June 9, 2026 (UTC).
New H Token Distribution Rules
CoinEx will distribute new H tokens to all eligible users based on the snapshot data of the old H tokens taken at 04:00 on June 23, 2026 (UTC), at a swap ratio of 1 old H = 0.146794 new H. The specific formula is as follows:
- Number of new H tokens received by the user = User's old H token holding ratio × Number of new H tokens received by CoinEx
- User's old H token holding ratio = User's old H token holdings / Total old H token holdings of all CoinEx users (at snapshot time)
Note: Users holding ≥1 OLD H tokens at the time of the snapshot are eligible for the new token distribution. Please check the distribution results under "Assets - Spot Account".
Resumption of New H Token Services
After the new token distribution is completed, CoinEx will no longer support deposits and withdrawals of old H tokens and will reopen deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for the new H tokens. The specific arrangements are as follows:
1. Deposit: 10:30 June 23, 2026 (UTC)
2. Withdrawal: 10:30 June 23, 2026 (UTC)
3. Trading pair: H/USDT
